The Ferrari FF – so-named for four seats and four-wheel drive – broke the Ferrari mold as their first four-wheel drive production model. Introduced during the 2011 Geneva Motor Show, the Ferrari FF was marketed as a shooting-brake vehicle (the name for an early horse-drawn wagon that transported hunting parties and their gear to the field). As a four-wheel-drive car with a hatchback, the Ferrari FF more closely resembles an estate car. At any rate, the Ferrari FF quickly became known as the world’s fastest four-seater. It was produced from 2011 through 2016.

Powered by a naturally aspirated (direct injected) 6.3-liter V12 engine, the Ferrari FF could accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in just 3.7-seconds and had a top speed of 208 mph (electronically controlled). Power output was estimated at 630hp at 8,000 RPM and 504 lb. ft. of torque at 6,000 RPM. Shifting was handled via a paddle-shifted 7-speed dual-clutch automated transmission.
